are the diamonds natural?
yes. every stone we set is a natural diamond — SI clarity, G–H colour, graded and recorded on the certificate that travels with its piece. we do not work with lab-grown stones.
who certifies the pieces?
we do. every piece carries its own r.a.w. certificate — its name, its material, its stones, their carat weight, colour, and clarity, and a single unrepeated number. we grade what we make and we put our name to it, piece by piece. the gold itself is hallmarked, as the law asks.
what is AERO?
our invisible setting. no prong, no bezel — the diamond is held by nothing you can see. light reaches the stone from every side, which is rather the point.
why does it take twenty-one days?
because nothing here sits waiting in a drawer. your piece begins the moment you choose it — made for you, unhurried. some things are worth the quiet wait.
does the pendant come with a chain?
the pendant arrives on its own, in its box. its chain is chosen separately — because the right chain is a choice, not an assumption. each pendant page suggests the one we would choose.
which chain length should i choose?
sixteen inches sits at the collarbone. eighteen rests just below — the one most choose. when in doubt, eighteen.
can i return it?
yes. fifteen days from the day it reaches you, unworn and complete, and the amount returns in full — to where it came from, within seven days. the full terms live on our returns page.
can i personalise it?
every piece is engraved raw on the reverse — small, certain, ours. the pieces do not carry names or dates; they are too small to say two things. they say one, and mean it.
how does it travel?
insured from our hands to yours. tracked the whole way, signed for on arrival. the outer box says nothing at all — no one needs to know but you.
how do i care for it?
a soft cloth, a soft touch. keep it from the noise of other things — perfume before, not after; its own pouch when it rests. it asks for little. only that you wear it.
