1. About these terms. These terms govern your use of thisisraw.co and your purchase of any R.A.W. piece. By placing an order you accept them. The site is operated by D3 Diamond Ventures Private Limited, India.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products. Every piece is made to order in 18K gold, BIS hallmarked, set with natural diamonds, and certified by R.A.W. Slight variation between the photographed piece and yours is inherent to handcraft and natural stones; each certificate records your piece's own stones and grades. Product images are as accurate as reproduction allows; screen rendering of colour may vary.

4. Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a piece cannot be made, or where a listing contained a material error — in which case any payment is refunded in full.

5. Pricing and payment. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment gateway. In the rare case of a pricing error, we will contact you with the correct price before proceeding; you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Production and delivery. Pieces are made to order; production and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Returns. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Title and risk. Title passes to you on full payment. Risk passes on delivery. Every shipment is insured in transit by us.

9. Intellectual property. All content on this site — the R.A.W. and AERO marks, product designs, photography, and copy — belongs to D3 Diamond Ventures Private Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Chennai, Tamil Nadu — confirm registered office jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights to approach consumer fora under applicable law.
