  • Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address — provided by you when ordering or joining our mailing list.
  • Order data: pieces purchased, order value, delivery details.
  • Payment data: processed entirely by our payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
  • Technical data: device, browser, and usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies when you visit the site.

Why we collect it.

  • To make, deliver, and support your order (contract performance).
  • To respond when you write to us.
  • To send you communications you have opted into — you may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to care@thisisraw.co.

Who we share it with. Only those who help us serve you: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment gateway, courier and insurance partners, and email service provider — each bound to use your data only for the service they provide us. How long we keep it. Order and invoice data is retained as required by Indian tax law. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent. You may request erasure of data we are not legally required to keep.
