Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your R.A.W. piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to start a return

Email us at studio@thisisraw.co with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Exchanges

Need a different piece instead? Email us at studio@thisisraw.co and we'll help you exchange your item, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
